I'm just beginning my journey into the world of cruises, and Emma is looking into different choices. She's super calm and really polite.

These folks are a nuisance. I receive their literature weekly, sometimes even two or three times. I've called them up to ask for some peace from this hassle, and they assure me they'll take care of it, but the torment just keeps coming. I’ve started sending all their mail back marked 'moved away,' but that doesn’t seem to change a thing. If you're thinking about booking a holiday with these guys, just know you might be shelling out a lot more for all that relentless marketing—do you really wanna fork out extra for that?

Shirley McCue was super helpful and full of info, making the whole booking process a breeze. She provided all the necessary details and called me back right on time! Really impressive. Thanks a ton for making the cruise booking so easy-peasy.

Our concierge, Elizabeth Wright, handled all the groundwork for this Regent Cruise (she secured a suite that was on hold) which I finalized today with Lisa. (Elizabeth is away until Saturday). As always, the service was top-notch. Even though they were super busy, they picked up the phone fast and you receive warm and professional help. Big thanks to Elizabeth, Lisa, and Claire.

Rebecca Rimmer is a superstar! I had previously arranged a cruise with Sixstar and had a few queries. Let me tell ya, Rebecca was fantastic. Super friendly and courteous. No question I had was too much for her. I would absolutely suggest this company to anyone.

Melissa Jones is our new concierge, and she’s done an amazing job organizing a cruise for us during Christmas and New Year. Nothing has been too much hassle for her, and she’s always quick to respond to our requests, even late at night or early in the morning. We usually go with another agent, but after this experience, we’re definitely sticking with Six Star from here on out.
